P1A0.qug, pure additive genetic model
P1A1.qug, partial dominance genetic model
P1A2.qug, dominance/overdominance genetic model
P1E1.qug, digenic epistatic model (interaction between two loci)

MODPEDandSELBLK.qmp, define two breeding strategies: modified pedigree (MODPED) and selected bulk (SELBLK)

To run a simulation (i.e. QuLine.exe), three files are required,
one is for genetic model (*.ges),
one is for parental population (*.pop),
one is for selection methods (*.qmp).
These three files are specified in QuLine.mio file.

The *.ges and *.pop files are outputs from runing QU-GENE enging on a *.qug file.
To run QUGENE.exe to produce a file for genetic model (extension name ".ges"),
and a population file (extension name ".pop"). Different QUG files will generate different
   GES files and POP files.

QuLine.bat can run different MIO files without stop.

It will take a few minutes to run a breeding cycle. One may change the number of crosses from
1000 to 200 to have a quick look at the results.
